What we are searching:
We are searching for IT enthusiast with strong IT background and skills, to became support engineer for Cloud based software and technologies.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- part of the implementation team in O365 projects;
- technical support to sales team in qualifying O365 opportunities;
- drafting technical documents specific to O365 technical projects;
- will ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. By utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, he will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on prevention and knowledge transfer.
Personal success profile:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Romanian and English language;
- Customer-oriented, possessing good soft skills;
- Ability to describe technical information both with technical terms and in simple words;
- Ability to capture information easily, summarize it and provide it briefly;
- Technically-oriented person, good at troubleshooting and problem solving.
Key professional and personal skills:
- Good Microsoft Server, Desktop and Office products and services knowledge;
- Interest in develop a career in a most spectacular IT field – cloud computing (our product changes almost on a daily basis – will you keep up 😊?)
- Familiarity with Microsoft products (Good knowledge of Office 365 and its services – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.);
- Technical background is considered as an advantage;
- At least 3 years total IT experience, with 2 year experience on any of the following:
- Office 365
b. MS Exchange
c. MS SharePoint
d. MS Skype for Bussiness/ MS Teams
* Experience in a client facing role
-Nice to have:
- Office 365 MCSA;
- MS Windows Server MCSA/MCSE.
