Key responsibilities of the role:
- part of the implementation team in the datacenter projects (virtualization, back-up, DR); technical support to sales team in qualifying datacenter opportunities; drafting technical documents specific to datacenter technical projects.
- will ensure that all the customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. By utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, he/she will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on prevention and knowledge transfer.

We are searching for an IT enthusiast with strong IT skills, to become support engineer for our On Prem Datacenter software and technologies.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Romanian and English language
- Customer-oriented, possessing good soft skills
- Ability to describe technical information both with technical terms and in simple words
- Ability to capture information easily, summarize it and provide it briefly
- Ability to work under constant workload
- Ability to quickly search in the web for any information needed
- Technically-oriented person, good at troubleshooting and problem solving
Key professional and personal skills:
Good Microsoft Server, Virtualization, Storage and Back-up products and services knowledge
At least 3 years total IT experience, with 2 years’ experience on any of the following:
a. Storage products and solutions
b. back-up and disaster recovery solutions
Interest in developing a career in the most spectacular field: IT
Familiarity with DELL/EMC and VMware products
Technical background is considered as an advantage
* Experience in a client facing role
Good communication skills
Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business needs
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
Nice to Have – certifications on the following:
- MS Windows Server MCSA/MCSE
- VMware Vsphere/ Vcenter
