Post description:
- Monitor the sources of information specific to procurement (SEAP or other sources);
- Prepares the documents in accordance with the qualification requirements requested by the contracting authority;
- Maintain contact with partners / subcontractors where appropriate;
- Identify the obstacles and risks that may occur in the bidding process and escalate them to close the offer in optimal and timely conditions;
- Synthesizes and analyzes the requirements of the awarding documentation;
- Organizes and supervises the process of obtaining approvals;
- Supervises the preparation of the technical offer in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority;
- Drafts qualification documents and questions and / or clarification requests;
Requirements:
- Graduate / higher education (legal / economic / technical profile);
- Excellent knowledge of public procurement law;
- Good knowledge and mastery of the SEAP platform;
- Work experience, minimum 2 years, in a similar position (in IT & C – advantage);
- Solid knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to synthesize, organize, attention to detail;
- Good English (written / Read / Speak);
- Driving license B category;
