Public Auction Officer

Post description:

  • Monitor the sources of information specific to procurement (SEAP or other sources);
  • Prepares the documents in accordance with the qualification requirements requested by the contracting authority;
  • Maintain contact with partners / subcontractors where appropriate;
  • Identify the obstacles and risks that may occur in the bidding process and escalate them to close the offer in optimal and timely conditions;
  • Synthesizes and analyzes the requirements of the awarding documentation;
  • Organizes and supervises the process of obtaining approvals;
  • Supervises the preparation of the technical offer in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority;
  • Drafts qualification documents and questions and / or clarification requests;

Requirements:

  • Graduate / higher education (legal / economic / technical profile);
  • Excellent knowledge of public procurement law;
  • Good knowledge and mastery of the SEAP platform;
  • Work experience, minimum 2 years, in a similar position (in IT & C – advantage);
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Ability to synthesize, organize, attention to detail;
  • Good English (written / Read / Speak);
  • Driving license B category;
